Legal Secretary

Our client is a reputable full-service law firm with an expanding business in Hong Kong, serving both international and Chinese clients.

Job responsiblities:

• Provide all rounded secretarial and administrative support
• Manage diary/meeting arrangements and screen phone calls
• Draft, edit, format and proof-read documents
• Assist with court bundles and correspondence
• Handle time entry and issue monthly bills
• Manage and maintain records and filing system
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of legal secretary experience within litigation or employment practice
• Excellent spoken/ written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Chinese typing skills is essential
• Proficiency in MS applications including Words, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good learning and can-do attitude, good team player, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Job offers:

• 9:30-5:30 Monday to Friday
• 12 months with Discretionary Bonus
