Legal Counsel

Job description

Our client, a leading investment banking group, is looking to add a Legal Counsel to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Providing legal advice to clients and other business stakeholders

Drafting and reviewing transaction documents

Provide legal support to investment banking team members and cover IPO transactions

Prepare and negotiate NDAs and advise business on risks

Requirements:

Qualified lawyer with preferably focus on ECM transactions

Good knowledge of regulations and HKEx listing rules

Solid communication skills

Proficiency in Chinese and English
