Lead Project Manager - Workday HRIS / People Systems (65-80k)

My client is a top-notch listed financial institution.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting the business in its use of SAP ECP payroll module, being a HRIS expert, with knowledge of payroll and reporting

• Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation, and ERP optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications
• Define the scope and requirements of transformation projects, and lead internal IT team and vendors to execute the project
• Identify painpoints of business, and provide insight to drive HR transformation with HRIS systems
• Advise on technical integration of the Workday application with 3rd party applications for payroll functions from a functional perspective
• Collaborate with HR to support and monitor payroll services, and provide people analytics
• Work with onshore, offshore and near-shore resources effectively to ensure the most efficient delivery
• Establish and define process for Workday enhancements

Requirements

• 8+ years of working experience in HRIS/Payroll systems or IT transformation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with IT, HR and Finance teams
• Able to deliver cloud HCM solutions and manage a large-scale project as a project lead
• Prior experience with Workday as a functional consultant with project management experience
• Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Immediate availability is highly desired
