Lead Conference Producer

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, content-rich events that inspire, educate, and connect.

• Research & Ideation: Identify emerging trends, hot topics, and key challenges across industries to shape compelling conference agendas.
• Speaker Acquisition: Source, invite, and secure high-caliber speakers, thought leaders, and panelists.
• Program Development: Craft engaging session formats, panel discussions, and keynote presentations that resonate with target audiences.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and event operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Project Management: Own the end-to-end production timeline, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conference production, content creation, or B2B event management.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a nose for what's newsworthy and relevant.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• A creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging event experiences.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
