Lead Business Analyst- Data & Digital (Insurance) 50-60k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the discussion with different parties (e.g., Digital teams, TDA, L&C etc.) to develop the desired functions
  • Collect business requirements to support the consent collection, lead assignment, lead tracking etc.
  • Arrange the testing plan and resources to conduct UAT
  • Support the function deployment and post-implementation monitoring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information System, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or relevant major
  • 3~5 yrs or more working experiences in business analyst, product owner etc.
  • Preferable with working experience in insurance industry, digital apps development etc.
  • Preferable with results-oriented, self-motivated to thrive under pressure and committed to continuous self-development.
  • Preferable with written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skill
