Associate Consultant, Contracting
- Input and update customer information in the banking system.
- Conduct account clean up activities.
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system to safeguard confidential data and prevent the loss of important documents.
- Offer prompt and high-quality service to internal customers.
- Ensure the accurate and timely update of customer information.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors as needed.
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking industry; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in report writing, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.
- Capable of typing in both traditional and simplified Chinese.
