Our client is a leading US pet food brand in the globe, and they are now expanding in Hong Kong. They were established for more than 100 years and operated across 80 countries. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager to obtain and maintain long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build effective relationships with key accounts to achieve the company's goals
  • Develop a strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives
  • Responsible to monitor and analyze the market insight to maximize the market share
  • Obtain a complete comprehension of key accounts' needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing team to drive sales within key accounts

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder with 5+ years of working experience in the consumer industry
  • Experienced in key account management and customer relationship management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Result-driven approach, self-motivated, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
