Key Account Manager | FMCG | MNC

Our client is a major player in the FMCG industry, which operates in 80+ countries around the world and founded over 100 years. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager for managing and maintaining relationships with a company's most important customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy for key accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues that may impact the account.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team & sales team to drive sales within key accounts

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder with 5+ years of working experience in the FMCG industry
  • Experienced in key account management or sales
  • Result-driven approach, self-motivated, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with client
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
