Key Account Manager - Consumer Electronics

Job description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our relationships with important channel partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading distributors and contribute to the success of the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth with key distributor partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the distribution network, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Drive the negotiation and execution of sales agreements, pricing, promotions, and terms with key distributors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to distributors, including product training, marketing materials, and sales support to drive sell-through and market penetration.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market, distribution channels, and the dynamics of working with distributors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
