Java System Analyst - Insurance Space (55K - 65K)

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on system design and software development (50% of the role)

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Design and develop software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies

- Implement and integrate open API gateways and leverage public cloud infrastructure

2. Offshore developer and people management (50% of the role)

- Lead and mentor a team of offshore developers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

- Monitor and optimize system performance, identify and resolve issues

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a System Analyst or Senior System Analyst

- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and other backend technologies

- Strong knowledge of open API gateways and public cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)

- Familiar with front-end technologies such as Angular and Node.js (a bonus)

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with both local and offshore teams

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
