IT System/Infrastructure Engineer (Windows Server and Citrix)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage setup and configurations of system infrastructure in servers, storages, LAN /WAN and security devices
• Perform installation and configurations of operating systems and applications for different computer hardware
• Manage and maintain daily operation of Windows Server, VMware and Network
• Provide help desk support to internal users as needed
• Investigate, diagnose and solve hardware & software problems
• Support daily operations including backup, network and server performance monitoring
• Onsite support/deployment for remote sites as needed per business requirements
• Project and vendor management as per business requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with major in Computer Science or any related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience
• Certificate of MCSE and CCNA is an advantage
• Ability to work individually with limited guidance

• Experience deploying and managing VMware infrastructure, Experience on Nutanix will be an added advantage

• Experience with cloud platform/services (AWS,O365, etc) will be an advantage
• Experience with database (MSSQL) or SAP will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Mandarin and English
