IT Support Specialist 25k - US Law Firm

Job description


  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users on hardware, software and IT-related issues
  • Configure, troubleshoot and maintain systems, hardware and other IT equipment
  • Assist in virtual meetings regarding audio visual and remote conference tools
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends and advancements
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on IT security measures
  • Travel to regional offices occasionally to assist with local IT support


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
  • 1-3 years of IT Support experience from multinational/professional work setting, ideally law firms
  • IT certification like ITIL and MCDST is a plus
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, Active Directory and other relevant legal-specific applications
  • Knowledge of document management systems and e-filing processes is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
