Job duties
- Provide on site support service to regional users in APAC offices (9am - 6pm)
- Keep track the ticketing system (ServiceNOW) and escalate to IT manager and other teams if needed.
- Troubleshoot and fix end-users' problems
- Perform Install / Move / Add / Change as requested by users
- Setup and troubleshoot mobile device, such as iPhone, iPad
Requirements
- 3- 10 years experience supporting regional end users
- Proactive, can do attitude and independent
- Basic knowledge in Citrix (not a must)
- Service oriented, provide VIP and end user support
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Chinese
