Job description

Job duties

  • Provide on site support service to regional users in APAC offices (9am - 6pm)
  • Keep track the ticketing system (ServiceNOW) and escalate to IT manager and other teams if needed.
  • Troubleshoot and fix end-users' problems
  • Perform Install / Move / Add / Change as requested by users
  • Setup and troubleshoot mobile device, such as iPhone, iPad


  • 3- 10 years experience supporting regional end users
  • Proactive, can do attitude and independent
  • Basic knowledge in Citrix (not a must)
  • Service oriented, provide VIP and end user support
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Chinese
