IT Service Manager, 55K


  • Develop, implement, and manage IT service management processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to internal and external customers
  • Maintain and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services
  • Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes to minimize the impact of service disruptions and improve service availability
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of IT services and alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ITSM processes and procedures - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ITIL, ISO, and COBIT


  • Degree in IT or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Holder of ITILv3 certificate is preferred
  • Previous hands on experience in ServiceNow is value added
  • Hands-on experience in technical aspects of Windows, MacOS support and Office 365 related troubleshooting
  • Experience in managing daily service operations e.g. User account management, Supervise outsourcing vendor etc.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills is a must
