Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day first line end-user support
  • Participate in helpdesk projects and implementation work
  • Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors on pricing, procurement and requirement on desktop equipment
  • Responsible for PC desktop equipment procurement, delivery, installation and setup
  • Responsible for keep tracking IT assets with proper inventory control on record keeping, maintenance and related documentation
  • Responsible for market data user and customer account setup, installation, maintenance, record keeping and cost allocations on payment
  • Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on IT problems

Job Requirement

  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Previous working experience in Banking is preferred
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control
  • Customer service orientation
