Job description


  • Microsoft Windows, Office, O365, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint.
  • Windows update, migration, patch update.
  • IT equipment health check daily
  • Inventory update and record
  • Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assign.


  • Minimum 1 years working experience in Information Technology areas
  • Knowledge and experience in first-line user and technical support with strong skill in trouble-shooting and soft-skill in handling users a must
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows, Office, O365, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint.
  • Ip phone, VC support and schedule
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Good team player(Good team leader to drive motivation and skill up the team)
  • Proactive, Independent, and able to work under pressure
