Job description

Responsibilities:
* Provide hotline support to internal users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.
* Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
* Manage and maintain Active Directory, file servers, and print servers.
* Provide support for PC cloning, video conferencing, Windows operating systems, MS Office, and Outlook.
* Monitor data backup and recovery operations.


Requirements:
* Hold a diploma or higher in IT/Computer Science.
* 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
* Proficient in daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows operating systems.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
* Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
