IT Deskside Support- 15-25k (Banking Industry)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside support on hardware, software and application for various end users
  • Provide daily operational BAU support and system administration according to the company standard
  • Provide network and server support (backup and monitoring)
  • Assist in managing hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record
  • Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing

Requirements:

  • Good understanding in deskside support, cable patching and hand and eye support, data center operation, etc.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Need to have banking/ financial services backgrounds/ experiences
