IT Analyst (System + Infrastructure), up to 45K, Tung Chung

Job duties

• Gather requirements, analysis and system design. Prepare development, test and implementation plan
• Participate in system enhancement including new initiatives, change request and performance tuning
• Coordinate with external vendor, ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance
• Monitor, review and maintain system performance and troubleshoot on network and system infrastructure
• Provide ad-hoc support to network replacement, implementation and enhancement projects
• Provide front-line remote or on-site support for internal staff on PC and network
• Update and maintain system documentation
• Supporting users on using AV equipment
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in any related disciplines with minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Solid experience in Microsoft.NET platform, Microsoft SQL Server
• Prior experience in CRM Solution. Knowledge in Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Proficient in C#, Visual Basic.NET, XML, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, Transact-SQL
• In-depth hands-on technical knowledge of routing and switching and wireless network technology
• Hands-on experience on MS AD, MS Exchange, MS Azure, VMware and SAN storage
• ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE or VCP holder is preferred
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
