Investment Product Manager, Fintech Wealth Management

Our client is an innovative wealth management business with the solid backing of one of the largest investment groups in China. With continuous expansion in their wealth management business and investment in their Fintech platform, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-caliber product development professional to join their Hong Kong team, focused on Structured Products.

Report directly to the Head of Product, you will be a key member of the team to contribute to product development strategy to drive AUM and revenue growth with a variety of investment products. You will drive product development and enhancement to meet business objectives with a focus on structured products. You will explore new development opportunities particularly in the area of robo-advisory, keep abreast of latest global market trends, analyze customers' behaviors, key financial drivers and competitors' strategy to sustain a continuous product growth and maintain competitiveness in the market.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' experience in product management/ product development for wealth management products from for securities brokerages, wealth management, retail banking and/or Fund Houses
• Structured product experience is a MUST
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese; efficient communication in Mandarin is a MUST
