Internal Audit (Manager/ Assistant Manager) HKD50k-65k

The Company:

My client is a US listed advertising and media company, they are looking for a seasoned Internal Audit Assistant Manager/ Manager join their IA team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and to perform financial and operational audits in accordance with Group's audit guidelines and standards
• Appraise the strength and weakness of corporate governance, risk management and internal controls
• Identify and address risks and exposures, provide constructive recommendations to management for improvement
• Prepare internal audit reports on findings and recommendations, and follow up on the implementation status of agreed recommendations
• Facilitate enhancement in company policies and procedures as well as internal control system
• Enhance audit proficiencies, and continually improve audit workflows and practices
• Cooperate in reviews of company risk assessments to determine frequency and scope of regional monitoring controls.
• Identification of specific risk faced by local company in relation to financial reporting and internal control.
• Execute risk control measures business operation
• Ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Head of IA

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in external or internal audit
• Big 4 or 2nd tier audit experience with CPA qualification is preferred
• Excellent inter-personal skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and Chinese
