Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure function, ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of infrastructure.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to identify new opportunities for enhancing IT service delivery.
• Lead the initiation and delivery of company-wide IT infrastructure projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with evolving business requirements.
• Oversee the performance of outsourced IT service providers, driving continuous improvements to service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key IT service metrics, initiating optimization initiatives to enhance system availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead and coach your team, develop their skills and adapt to new technologies trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in IT management or leadership roles
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification, demonstrating expertise in IT service management best practices
• Proven track record in defining and executing IT strategies to support business objectives
• Comprehensive understanding of IT service management and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and drive continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
