- Provide first level technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem and walk customer through problem-solving process.
- Responds to isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
- Good knowledge on Networking Infrastructure Support
- Provide First-level Microsoft office, O365, business productivity tools consulting and support
- Degree or above on IT
- 5 years of relevant support experience
- Good Problem Diagnosis skill and experience on M365 product
- Good technical skill in PC desktop aspects, MS Team Room and release management.
- Good knowledge on both network and IT infrastructure
- Effective communication and good people skill.
