Information Security Manager

Required Skills

• Proven experience in developing information security strategies, policies, and guidelines.
• Strong ability to provide information security guidance to diverse teams.
• Expertise in risk assessment, security architecture evaluation, and threat modeling.
• Proficient in incident response and investigation processes.
• Solid understanding of current security threats and technology solutions, including AI, cloud, big data, and mobile.

Nice to Have Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Knowledge of emerging security technologies and trends.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in information technology, information security, risk management, compliance, or IT audit functions.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly desirable.

Other Requirements

• Strong analytical, technical, report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
