HRIS Team Lead

Job description

Our client is a well established Commercial Bank with a sizeable operations in Hong Kong. With a Transformation Project planned for the upcoming financial year, they are currently seeking for an experienced HR talent to be part of their exciting journey.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be an integral part of the HR function and supported by a small team, playing a pivotal role in their HR Transformation project. Working alongside key stakeholders and process owners, and with a solid and detailed knowledge of HR function , in particular C&B, you will help devise effective process flow, whilst ensuring strict adherence to corporate compliance and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for documentation and providing guidelines, as well as producing regular reports, develop metrics and dashboard with meaningful analysis to decision makers.

To qualify, individuals must possess

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge in HR processes and HRIS gained in the Banking sector
  • Strong communicator and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Result oriented with strong project management skills
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
