Job description

Our client is a fast growing established Hong Kong start up in the Technology sector. With operations in Southern China, they are currently seeking for a Manager , Human Resources to oversee their Hong Kong and Shenzhen operations. This is a Hong Kong based role.

Reporting to the CEO, this is an individual contributor role overseeing circa 40 staff across the two locations. Your main remit is to deliver operational excellence and efficiency, ensuring the smooth running of HR function from talent acquisition, employee life cycle processes to annual performance appraisal and management. In addition, you will enhance HR processes and policies, and build a solid foundation for further expansion. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing company where your contributions will have significant impact.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of HR operations experience
  • Hands on and agile approach; detail oriented self starter
  • Familiar with HK labour law and regulations
  • Prior exposure to start up fast growth companies a definite advantage
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese
