About the role:
Our client is an experienced HR Executive to join their team in Hong Kong.
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all round HR operations to the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, focusing on our immediate and long-term growth plan and people requirements.
  • Develop and manage HR budget by estimating, forecasting anticipating requirements, trends and variances.
  • Assisting the on/off boarding procedure and documents and provide the support to new joiners.
  • Handle monthly full time and part time payroll, MPF and taxation.
  • Provide Employee Relations advise to employees and line managers, ensuring a best practice approach.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are updated in accordance with local regulation
  • General administrative duties, including renewal Shop insurance and Group medical benefit


  • Degree holder in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience; preferably gained from F&B or Hospitality industry
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English as well as Cantonese
  • Strong relationship builder and a team player mind-set
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
