HR Coordinator/ Administrator (Operation focus, up to 27k)

Job description

An established international law firm is seeking an HR Officer/Assistant to support various HR functions, including administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. This role presents a valuable opportunity for entry-level HR professionals in the legal field to enhance their skills and progress in their HR career.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support on HR administration for smooth operations of the firm
  • Assist in general staff and graduate recruitment logistics, including preparing interview materials and coordinating schedules
  • Maintain HR database, including processing procedures for joiners, leavers, transfers, secondments, and salary variables
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring responsiveness is crucial
  • Manage and update personal and employment information and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR system teams and HQ to address system and process-related issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and escalate complex issues as needed


  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 2 years of HR operation experience sizable MNC
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Detail-minded, willing to learn and proactive attitude
