Job Descriptions

  • Oversee HR function for Hong Kong office with a core focus on recruitment
  • Work with regional team on establishing recruitment strategy and HR policies
  • Liaise with department heads and identify their hiring needs
  • Responsible for talent acquisition for whole Hong Kong office
  • Responsible for HR operation, including but not limited to on/off-boarding, offer letter issuance, salary review, salary benchmarking

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in all rounded HR role / BP / Talent acquisition role
  • Agency background candidates are also welcome
  • Roll-up the sleeves attitude and not afriad to speak up for efficiency improvement or new idea
  • Experience in working in a start-up / growing company would be ideal but not a must
  • Strong communication skills


  • 30-45k/month
  • AL 16-18 days
  • Medical provided
