HR Assistant - Prestigious Int'l Law Firm (up to HK $25k)

Our client is a market-leading, well-established and prestigious international law firm with a growing business in Hong Kong.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment of fee earners and business services staff, including support for graduate recruitment programs.
• Oversee logistics for onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff.
• Maintain Peoplesoft (HRIS) system, producing reports on leave and dashboard metrics.
• Oversee CPD applications to the Law Society and maintain training records.
• Organize social events and provide backup support to HR team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in legal, financial or professional services provider
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills
• Professional, proactive, and able to work independently

Job offers:

• 9:30am-6pm Monday to Friday
• Stable working hours
• 22 days Annual Leave
