Job description

Responsibilities and duties

  • Provides secretarial support to Top management
  • Provides a comprehensive range of administrative support in variety of functions and HR projects to the Group Senior Management that are focused on increasing the efficiency of the executive and providing all internal stakeholders with a positive and productive experience.
  • Respond to priority and confidential inquires from external and internal sources
  • Conduct general researches and summarize information into a concise and usable format to review
  • Prepare reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials
  • Preform administrative functions such as coordinating high level project, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, updating records in HRIS system, travel arrangement, coordinating Group senior management recruitment interview, etc.
  • Support on-boarding of Group key senior management hires, such as work visa application, coordinate orientation schedule, etc.
  • Support various tasks and assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
  • Work with Group HR Team to perform any other HR administrative tasks and HR projects as needed.


  • Bachelor Degree
  • Min 3 years secretarial support is a must
  • Knowledge of HR a must
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential;
  • Strong in MS Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and HRIS systems
  • Mature, independent, flexible, attentive to details, well-organized, strong interpersonal skills and a team player
