About the Role:

  • Serve as a high-end business partner, fostering sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and delivering insightful boutique performance reports.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business acumen, enhancing sales strategies, gemology knowledge, and client engagement while sharing market insights.
  • Champion high-end sales, fostering talent development, motivation, and collaboration to drive success.
  • Enrich luxury customer experiences by engaging VIPs, cultivating boutique harmony, mentoring others, and ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Cultivate opportunities for VVIP client acquisition, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with teams to create personalized, high-end experiences.
  • Work closely with the Head of Boutique to curate the premium inventory, provide client insights, and ensure effective merchandise management and stock care practices.
  • Delivering exquisite client experiences and achieving sales excellence

About the Candidate:

  • Supervisory experience in high-end business sectors, with retail experience; GIA Gemologist qualification preferred.
  • Passionate, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a presentable appearance and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership, problem-solving, planning, and teamwork abilities, striving for continuous improvement.
