Our client is a market-leading Consumer company. They've business across Asia, and it has an iconic brand image in the Asia market, with Hong Kong as a crucial market, they are currently looking for a Retail Manager (Head of Retail) to implement sales strategies to achieve business goals for the Hong Kong market.

You will be responsible for all retail operation strategies per the commercial objective. As a Retail Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the retail operations and frontline sales team to achieve business goals by developing & implementing company-wide business strategies or initiatives
• Designing SOP workflows to ensure effective business operation and management
• Formulating business strategies with a data-driven approach to enhance sales performance
• Monitoring retail sales performance and closely collaborating with cross-department to improve operation efficiency
• Acquiring high-impact consumer engagement tactic with a good understanding of market dynamics
• Designing and implementing enhancement plans and strategies for people policies and improve functional competencies
• Driving the growth of a positive and performance driven team culture

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree and have 12+ years' experience in retail operations management in food and beverage product sector OR product with short shelf-lives
• Strong track record of success in leading a team and driving business growth
• Excellent team management and people development skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with concrete and tactical development experience
• Excellent command of written & spoken Cantonese and English is a MUST
