Head of Operational Risk

Our client, a leading corporate retail bank, is looking for a Head of Operational Risk to join their high caliber team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the operational risk management related policies and guidelines and implement risk tools to monitor risk controls of the bank

Lead and design risk frameworks and report to senior BU for key operational risks

Cover various business lines in Hong Kong and advocate a risk-conscious culture in the Bank

Maintain regulatory standards and assist the CRO in the overall risk management framework

Requirements:

University graduate from a related discipline (eg. audit, risk management etc.)

Over 12 years of relevant risk experiences in other leading financial institutions (retail bank experiences are preferred)

Team management experience and solid communication skills in English and Chinese
