Head of Lending Product, Money Lender

Our client is a well-established and stable financial services group with diversified businesses in lending, cards, and insurance. With their continuous expansion in their retail lending business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre product management candidate to join and lead their retail lending team.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be leading a team and developing different features, along with overseeing the product strategy of retail lending products. You will drive product development and enhancement to meet business objectives. You will help analyze customer behaviours and be aware of the latest market trends, along with the strategies of other key competitors to sustain continuous product growth and improvement based on performances. You will also coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders, including Operations to streamline processes, Marketing to drive business growth, Risk and Compliance in ensuring the adherence of relevant policies and guidelines, etc.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in product management/development, having touched on retail lending
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
