Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions across regional offices, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations and decision-making.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives and champion employee experience across diverse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices across all jurisdictions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team in a fast-moving business environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a regional or multi-office setup.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing large teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
