Head of HR & Adminstration

Job description

Our client is a market leading manufacturer with operations in Greater China and Asia. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Leader to head up their HR & Admin team in Shenzhen, where one of their manufacturing plants is located.

Reporting to the Executive Team in Hong Kong, you will have overall responsibility for their Human Resources & Administration function with duties including but not limited to: recruitment, manpower planning, compensations and benefits and organisation development. You will help execute HR strategy and translate business initiatives into day to day operations; enhance their Rewards strategy and conduct job evaluation for the entity under your remit. In addition, you will ensure the smooth running of the PRC administration team, delivering support to the continued success and business growth. Working closely with local Operations and the Hong Kong Senior Management, you will participate in prolific projects, budgeting and forecasting exercises on a regular basis.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experiences preferably gained in HK listed companies
  • Solid experiences in HR Generalist and Operations is a must
  • Familar with Electronics Manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Familiar with PRC labour ordinance and tax law
  • Willingness to travel to and work in their Shenzhen Plant
