About the Role:
- Set and execute the brand strategy in line with company goals, driving customer engagement and growth across key markets.
- Own the business P&L, ensuring strong revenue performance, cost control, and sustainable profitability.
- Deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all channels, reinforcing the brand and positioning.
- Manage financial performance and KPIs, maximizing margins and working with teams to deliver budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Lead an integrated Omni-channel retail model, enhancing online/offline shopping, and digital platforms including web, app, and marketplaces.
- Guide product selection and merchandising to create a strong, relevant, and differentiated offer for various channels.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all channels, ensuring efficiency, compliance, inventory control, and excellent after-sales service.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, reviewing performance and negotiating commercial terms to support long-term growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to regional lifestyle teams to strengthen customer engagement through the company
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous development.
About the Candidate:
- University degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in retail, e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach and proven business results.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership ability to inspire teams and work effectively across functions.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with experience managing suppliers and partners.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing retail and e-commerce environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading change and complex initiatives.
- Experience with e-commerce or loyalty-based retail models is an advantage.
