Head of Digital Wealth, Retail Banking

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Corporate, Investment and Consumer banking. With their continuous expansion in their digital business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre wealth management professional to join their retail banking digital team.

Report directly to Head of digital, you will lead the digital wealth team to drive overall wealth digitalization roadmap and strategies to support business growth. You will drive wealth management initiatives, enhance customer onboarding journey on digital platform, product capability and ensure smooth projects delivery. You will drive product commercialization through digital channels and build unique digital value propositions. You will work closely with various department, including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Control to monitor end-to-end process and ensure the whole process complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will work with IT team from preparing the business requirements, perform gap analysis to UAT testing. In addition, you will provide other supports within the team when required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 12 years' experience in wealth product management/ wealth portfolio management/ digital product management in retail banking industry
• knowledge in retail wealth portfolio management
• Experience in online wealth advisory tools
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
