About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and reputable company. To facilitate their growth, they are looking for a high calibre Division Head - Company Secretarial Function to join their team in Hong Kong to handle and manage the function

The Role

• Leading and overseeing the corporate secretarial team, manage diverse set of client portfolio including listed and private companies
• Responsible for managing client services of the group and handling any client issues
• Facilitating meetings and conferences to identify new business opportunities, attend events to increase company branding
• Foster quality management strategies and plans, develop plans for policies improvement
• Full responsibility in the division, manage costs, receivables and be in charge of P&L, budgeting and forecasting process
• Assisting in business development and marketing initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• University Degree Holder, ICSA/ HKICS Member
• At least 12-15 years of company secretarial experience in sizable organizations, experience managing a team
• Experience in service provider and in house experience would be an added advantage
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferably
• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Strong and detail-oriented mind
