Head of AML

Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual to join as the Head of AML.

Responsibilities:

Oversee AML programs and maintain strong compliance culture

Develop and implement AML policies and procedures with regulatory requirements

Monitor and report suspicious transactions and activities

Respond to regulators and various other stakeholders

Requirements:

University degree from related discipline

Supervisory leading a small team is preferred, and previous experience as a MLRO is an advantage

Proficiency in Chinese and English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
