My client is a innovative rising logistics start up, currently on Series A+ funded by Alibaba and Swire. With more than 15,000 existing business partners, they are the unicorn within the industry. Looking to reinforce brand awareness, they are now in search of a Growth Marketing Manager.

You would be defining and executing digital marketing strategy with focus on growth and lead generation. As the Growth Marketing Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Defining and leading overall digital marketing and B2B growth strategies
• Leading 1 subordinates and aligning with other internal stake holder to develop brand awareness and business opportunities
• Leading B2B growth marketing strategies across all digital channel including both SEM and SEO activities
• Conducting B2B lead generation and B2C user acquisition to support business growth
• Monitoring marketing budget and performance (PPC / CPC) and establishing KPI to further review marketing success
• Exploring potential corporate or marketing partnership

To quality, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of digital marketing experience
• Growth marketing experience and data proficiency is a MUST
• Experience with B2B lead generation would be an advantage
• Energetic, passionate and entrepreneurial
• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
