Group Financial Controller (HK Listed Co., up to HK$85k)

Job description

Our client is a sizable HK-listed company with business over the globe, they are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join their finance team.

Job responsiblities:

  • Report to the Board of Directors
  • Lead a team of 7 and closely manage all operation finance duties from AR, AP to month-end closing
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies of the Group
  • Consolidate financial and management reports of HK, China and oversea subsidiaries
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor the group's cash flow and treasury related duties including but not limited to FX/ Loan/ Interests rate
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field, with professional accounting qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a diverse accounting role.
  • Familar with HK listing rules
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders to realize company objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, capable of working independently and under pressure.
  • Display fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
