Group Finance VP (HK$100k-120k)

Our client is a fast-growing technology company providing business intelligence solutions to global clients. They are looking for a Group Finance VP to oversee the Group's finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving the business forward.

Reports to the Group CEO and leads a finance team of 15-20 members across China and Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the below:

• Oversee the Finance & Accounting department in Hong Kong and China.
• Manage the Group's reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, compliance, internal control, and corporate governance.
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on projects, including M&A, capital transactions, disposals, and new business opportunities.
• Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with the Group's and local accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Advise executive management on the financial implications of business activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Prior training with a Big 4 audit firm and CPA qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial field with team leadership experience.
• Experience in strategic planning or business transformation is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills.
