Global Senior Logistics Manager - MNC FMCG/ Consumer

Our client is one of the global brand licensing companies with business worldwide. It has 100+ premium brands partnership globally with Hong Kong as a regional hub; they are currently looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to manage international 3PL performance and improve the logistics workflows.

Based in Hong Kong, you'll manage the global logistics strategy; As a Senior Logistics Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a small team to drive daily international logistics operations, including shipment planning & execution, import & export procedures, cost improvements etc.
  • Monitor 3PLs performance and partner with vendors to review the key performance indicators regularly
  • Empower the team to ensure order fulfilment through effective production & logistics planning, sales & purchase order creation, invoicing, import/export processing etc.
  • Review workflow and capture operational improvement opportunities to maximize operational efficiency
  • Make sure to deliver the major business projects across the regions efficiently

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 13+ years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics function, specifically in manufacturing or logistics environments in Asia/ Global
  • Experience in managing 3PL performance, air & ocean freight or leading operation in a 3PL environment in the consumer goods/ FMCG product sector
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Solid experience in senior stakeholder management in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, business acumen and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
