General Trade Sales Manager | FMCG

Our client is a globally recognized leader in the FMCG industry, with 100+ years of history. They operate diversified businesses in F&B sectors across the world. They are now looking for a General Trade Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and sales pipeline, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales to continuously improve the team's performance and results.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing development plans.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder with 7+ years of managing key accounts experience in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking and result-oriented
  • Good team player & strong leadership skills
