General Manager - Luxury/ HNWI Business

Our client is a leading global luxury & collectable grading service, provider. To further accelerate its rapid growth in the Asia market, the company is hiring a General Manager to drive the commercial and marketing strategy for the Asia market, with a critical focus in HK & China.

Based in HK, You will formulate and implement the sales, marketing and commercial strategies for the brand with a sustainable development plan in Asia; your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Direct all regional commercial activities, procedures and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the formulation of sales, marketing and commercial strategies related to the Asia market and complemented it with multiyear development plans
  • Manage HNWI/ client engagement, business development, brand strategy, supply chain operations and ensure the implementation is aligned with business strategies
  • Form and maintain relationships with key business partners and develop suitable partnerships
  • Overlook costs, logistics and any events wherever required to ensure business efficiencies
  • Partner with the regional leadership team to formulate enhancement plans and strategies for people policies and improve functional competencies

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University degree and have 15 or more years of Sales and Marketing experience in Luxury Goods/ HNWI/ Auction House sector
  • Solid track record in driving brand marketing & commercial strategy for high-net-worth individuals/ client
  • Excellent team management & communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding business acumen with professional presentation and people management skills
  • People-oriented, proactive and passionate attitude
  • Excellent command of written & spoken Chinese and English is required
