Fund Operations Analyst (40-50k)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Maintain accurate records of all fund transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and portfolio investments
• Reconcile fund accounts and prepare periodic financial reports for investors and management
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with external auditors and service providers to facilitate the audit process
• Track and analyze the performance of the fund's portfolio investments
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund operations / fund administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Familiar with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the investment management industry
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
