Front Office Application Support

What you will be doing:

  • Support front office Equity Trading and Direct Execution teams and associated Operations teams covering the Asia region
  • Interact closely with business stakeholders at all levels daily
  • Diagnose system problems, define and co-ordinate the implementation of solutions individually and with other development and support teams
  • Promote the overall stability of the systems through system monitoring, proper change control management, and implementation of best practices to maintain production environment
  • Conduct problem reviews with the relevant IT streams


What we need from you:

  • 7 -10 years of relevant experience in FO application support
  • Solid knowledge of the FIX protocol.
  • Domain knowledge of Cash Equities Business.
  • Experience in handling senior stakeholders and external client communication.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated and have very high standards concerning quality of service delivered and attention to detail
