FP&A Manager - Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

• Handle comprehensive monthly scrutiny of costs and expenditures
• Execute comparative analyses to benchmarks, impart crucial fiscal insights, and bolster unit-level strategic decisions
• Scrutinize and interpret key financial performance indicators, offering strategic counsel and actionable steps to heighten cost-effectiveness
• Orchestrate the international financial planning operations for the supply chain, formulate precise production timetables, and supervise process flows
• Engage in close collaboration with the finance department to guarantee precise and prompt financial assessments and reports
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities, proposing corrective strategies and identifying necessary support
• Contribute to the supply and production scheduling endeavors to refine cost management and inventory balance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other finance discipline
• CPA / CFA qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
